3월 런칭된 유닛은 총 1,790채이다. 가장 많은 판매를 이끈 곳은 Shenton Way 76 Shenton으로 202채를 모두 판매하는데 성공하였습니다. (중앙치 - $1,900 per sq ft)

 

또한 West Coast Crescent Vision 또한 236채 판매로 좋은 성적을 거두었습니다.

Strong home sales in March

DEVELOPERS sold 1,761 units of new private homes in March, up from 1,196 units in February and 1,480 units in January.

During the month, they launched 1,790 new units, according to data from the Urban Redevelopment Authority on Thursday.

This compares with 1,161 units in February and 1,426 units in January.

One of the top sellers was the sold-out 76 Shenton in Shenton Way. All 202 units were sold in March for a median price of $1,900 per sq ft.

The Vision in West Coast Crescent also did very well, selling 236 units at a median price of $1,050 psf.
